Marque representatives authorized by AutoGlobalTrade can place online
orders for vehicle parts via your account. In addition, you have the option
of ordering spare parts directly via our After Sales Service. We supply all
spare parts and engines for the vehicles we sell.

For marque representatives authorized by AutoGlobalTrade, we have
developed a guarantee online system that allows for easy processing in
the case of a guarantee activating event. As a general agent we aim to
create and maintain trust in the marques we offer.

We take every complaint seriously and will help you with any problems. Just request our “Complaint Form”
from your contact, fill in all details and send it right back so we can therefore start processing the case without
delay. We guarantee swift and fair processing of your complaint. Our competent customer service enjoys a
very high reputation, and we can therefore count on the loyalty and faithfulness of our customers. We will gladly
take on board your suggestions because our operations are geared towards long-term business relations.
Important: Every complaint for purchased vehicles has to be submitted within following time frame:
Ex Warehouse: 14 Days from Vehicle Release Date.
CFR or CIF Destination: 30 Days from ETA Date at Destination Port.
Claims received after above mentioned period will not be taken into consideration.
